Healthy Shoulder Program

Neutral spine alignment is a key competent in treating the foundation of most shoulder pain conditions. The Healthy Neck program combines 6 levels of neutral spine conditioning with self-correction techniques to restore your ability to function from healthy posture.

Technology has us spending a majority of each day from collapsed upper back posture and forward head posture. Collapsed upper back posture pushes the shoulder blade off its neutral position on the rib cage setting up faulty shoulder alignment and movement. Exercises performed from collapsed upper back and forward head posture strengthen the muscles that keep you in faulty posture. This program will teach you how to stack your upper back so that you can position your skull on top of your rib cage to restore neutral alignment of each vertebrae. This breaks the faulty loading patterns that cause the misalignments that cause pain. Neutral spine alignment also improved blood flow to the brain.

You must purchase a $50 SymFit Virtual Physical Therapy Consultation to get started. During this virtual session a SymFit certified physical therapist will confirm that your pain condition is associated with joint misalignments as a result of faulty posture. You will be required to purchase Virtual PT consult to progress to each level of the SymFit Healthy Neck Program.

Phase 1: Functional Mobility Phase
▪ Schedule Virtual PT Workout Session #1 to learn workout #1.
▪ Perform workout #1 twice daily until you can perform 8 repetitions of each exercise with a 1, 2, 3 tempo of control
Phase 2: Neutral Spine Conditioning Phase
▪ Schedule Virtual PT Workout Session #2 to learn workout #2.
▪ Perform workout #2 twice daily until you can perform 8 repetitions of each exercise with a 1, 2, 3 tempo of control
Phase 3: Functional Conditioning Phase
▪ Schedule Virtual PT Workout Session #3 to learn workout #3.
▪ Perform workout #3 three times a week until you can perform 8 repetitions of each exercise with a 1, 2, 3 tempo of control

Phase 4: Functional Fitness Phase
▪ Schedule Virtual PT Workout Session #4 to learn workout #4.
▪ Perform workout #4 three times a week until you can perform 8 repetitions of each exercise with a 1, 2, 3 tempo of control
▪ Perform the Upper Body Conditioning Workout on your off days!
